Your focus should be on the product or service that you provide. No matter what endeavor you’re pursuing, there are going to be hundreds of thousands of other people trying to accomplish the same thing as you. Try not to pay worry about the success or failures of your competitors. Concentrate on what you’re doing, the team you’ve built and the business plan that you developed. Attempting to copy someone else that’s succeeding more than you, or not doing something because someone else is only going to hurt you. Believe in the process you created and stick with it.
